Milkworx to acquire Ububele in share deal
BUSINESS DAY, 8 JULY 2009 - ICE-cream producer Milkworx yesterday announced that it had signed an offer to acquire agricultural and food processing company Ububele through a share swap. The International Selection Panel Loved Praekelt
26 May 2009 - Gustav Praekelt from Praekelt Consulting became the 40th Endeavor Entrepreneur in South Africa after being selected to join the network at the Miami International Selection Panel to. Gustav specializes in delivery of content and marketing messages to mobile phones users across Africa. He was the pioneer behind the branded messages tagged onto the “Please Call” me SMS texts. Praekelt’s technology also powers the digital communication channels of a number of radio stations such as 5FM, MetroFM and GoodhopeFM through their Broadcast CMS application. We are very pleased to welcome Gustav into the Endeavor family. It is sad however, to have to mention that MTLS went to panel but did not get selected. They really valued the process and will have the opportunity to return after certain milestones have been achieved.
